My Recruiting Experience
After researching colleges that fit my academic and athletic goals, I reached out to several coaches. Binghamton University stood out, and after some follow-up, they reviewed my highlights and attended one of my games. I then visited the campus and committed to the program. My recruiting experience taught me three key lessons: each journey is unique, understanding your desired program is essential, and taking responsibility throughout the recruiting process is crucial.
Being A Collegiate Athlete
Being a collegiate athlete has truly shaped the person I am today. The experience provided lifelong friendships and the opportunity to represent my college while competing at the highest collegiate level. These are just a few of the reasons I cherished my time as a student-athlete. Additionally, the commitment cultivated essential life skills such as time management, leadership, and communication. Overall, college sports provide a platform to engage in beloved sports while pursuing an education.
